Deathloop has had some fantastic reviews from critics since the game's release this week - but has also come under intense scrutiny from players.
Segments of the gaming community who decided to purchase this intriguing first-person shooter for PC have come across crashes and in-game stuttering that has provided poor optimisation and rendering.
With games having to reply on internet speed more than ever before, this appears to be the case with Deathloop too with Arkane Studios receiving both ends of the stick concerning plaudits and criticism.
IGN went as far as giving the game a perfect 10/10 score and described it as a "masterpiece." However, it appears that it is currently not the case as far as the PC version is concerned.

Thanks to Game Revolution, they shared some clear and concise instructions if you find yourself to be one of the unlucky ones that have come across these issues. They are detailed here:
- Ensure the latest graphics card drivers are installed from either Nvidia or AMD.
- Make sure the latest Deathloop patch is downloaded and installed.
- Run the game in fullscreen mode.
- Lower all settings to “Low” and check performance.
- Disable any overclocks on the CPU, memory, and/or graphics card.
- Cap the game’s frame rate to 60 FPS.
