After winning the Women's Tag Team Championship title alongside Nikki A.S.H last week, Rhea Ripley took a well-earned break from the ring on Monday.
The Nightmare and her plucky Almost Superhero partner defeated Natalya and Tamina to win their first title as a tag team.
With the former champions dethroned and Shayna Baszler now disbanding her partnership with Nia Jax, Ripley and A.S.H are the top dogs.
And just like all champions, being in their best shape possible is crucial to maintaining success.
So when Ripley uploaded a video straight from the gym, fans weren't surprised to see the WWE Raw star working hard to boost her fitness.
The Nightmare is filmed working on her trapezius muscles and showing off her muscular physique.
The clip has been viewed more than 70,000 times and has a combined 55,000 likes across Twitter and Instagram.
WWE supporters and fellow professionals are in awe of Ripley's commitment to keeping herself in top shape.
The Aussie star only made her Raw debut at the start of this year – joining the red brand from NXT in February before making her main roster debut in March.
It took Ripley less than a month to go from rookie to the Raw women's champion, beating Asuka at WrestleMania 37 to win her first WWE belt.
She held her title for 98 days before an ongoing feud with Charlotte Flair ended with The Queen defeating her at Money in the Bank.
But despite losing her title, Ripley has gone on to establish herself as the one half of the WWE Women's Tag Team champions after forming an endearing chalk and cheese bond with Nikki A.S.H.
