It is a question that has been asked for many years regarding the possible addition of Virtual Reality (VR) gameplay on the Grid series, with Grid Legends being next on the radar of many fans across the gaming industry.
Virtual racing enthusiasts first got to see footage of Codemasters' latest creation during the EA Play Live event back in July and no-one was expecting to see the developers come up with a new title so soon after the release of F1 2021 during the same month.
While the world reveal trailer looked fantastic with the emphasis being on cinematics and an enticing storyline, gameplay details were left out such as VR racing.
PlayStation offer this service with their PS VR Mega Starter Bundles and gamers will be hoping that they can use these next-gen experience headsets to play Grid Legends and immserve themselves even further into the driving.
While information is still limited regarding Codemasters' latest title at this time, here is everything we know about the topic so far.
Is VR Compatible In Grid Legends?
At the time of writing, it has yet to be confirmed by either Codemasters or EA regarding whether or not a VR experience will be made available in Grid Legends.
As mentioned above, no gameplay details were disclosed during the world reveal back in the summer and EA are keeping their cards close to their chest at this time concerning platform availability, game modes and even VR.
That being said, we are expecting plenty more information to be disclosed as the launch date edges closer - which has also not been nailed down either at this stage.
But fear not, VR lovers! We will update this article over the coming days, weeks and months as soon as more information is revealed from Codemasters and EA. Stick with us and keep your eyes peeled!
